Abstract
The results of the Academic Ability Test (TKA), a national assessment used to measure students' academic achievement, are influenced by many factors, both internal and external. To determine these influencing factors, a good instrument is needed to ensure accurate data. Therefore, this study aims to develop a questionnaire instrument for the factors influencing the results of the TKA in mathematics for junior high school students. Seven questionnaires were developed in this study: a learning motivation questionnaire, a self-efficacy questionnaire, a teacher teaching quality questionnaire, a parental support questionnaire, a peer support questionnaire, a learning facilities questionnaire, and a digital literacy questionnaire. Instrument validity was calculated using the Pearson product moment test, while instrument reliability was determined using the Cronbach's alpha formula. Prior to the field trial, the seven instruments were first assessed by three experts and were rated as highly feasible in terms of content validity (an average feasibility of 97.95%). Based on the analysis results, 26 valid and reliable statements were obtained in the learning motivation questionnaire, 22 valid and reliable statements in the self-efficacy questionnaire, 26 valid and reliable statements in the teacher teaching quality questionnaire, 33 valid and reliable statements in the parental support questionnaire, 22 valid and reliable statements in the peer support questionnaire, 22 valid and reliable statements in the learning facilities questionnaire, and 23 valid and reliable statements in the digital literacy questionnaire.
