Ethnomathematics studies in Indonesia are still dominated by material cultural artifacts, while oral traditions such as children's songs remain largely unexplored. This study aims to examine mathematical activities in the transmission practice of the song "Lingkaran Kecil Lingkaran Besar" using an exploratory qualitative approach. The research was conducted with 8 main participants who provided exploration worksheets and interview data, 15 supporting participants, and 11 YouTube videos as comparative data. The analysis adapted Braun and Clarke's thematic analysis, which was then interpreted through Bishop's six mathematical activities. The results reveal that the song's lyrics have an initial section that is preserved, though subsequent sections vary. Representations of the song fall into three themes: pig, doll, and movement. Transmission occurs through peers, family, or the school environment. The six mathematical activities were observed through counting the number of objects (counting), forming the body structures of the doll and pig, forming the word "babi" using the numbers 3, 4, 3, 1 (designing), positioning elements (locating), comparing size and distance (measuring), explaining the reason for using the numbers 6 and 36 (explaining), as well as game rules and group agreements (playing). These findings emphasize that the song "Lingkaran Kecil Lingkaran Besar" has the potential to be integrated into basic mathematics education to introduce geometry, numbers, and measurement in an enjoyable way while preserving local culture
