Penggunaan BA Pada Mikropropagasi Pisang (Musa paradisiaca L.) Kultivar Kusto

Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi Benziladenin (BA) terhadap mikropropagasi pisang (Musa paradisiaca L.) kultivar Kusto. Penelitian dirancang menggunakan RAL dengan 6 taraf perlakuan konsentrasi Benziladenin (2, 3, 4, 5, 6 dan 7 mg/l), setiap perlakuan terdiri dari 5 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan konsentrasi BA tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap waktu muncul tunas, jumlah tunas dan panjang tunas. Waktu muncul tunas tercepat (36,67 hst) didapat pada perlakuan 6 mg/l BA, panjang tunas tertinggi (2,38 cm) pada perlakuan 4 mg/l BA dan jumlah tunas terbanyak (1,6 tunas) pada perlakuan 7 mg/l BA.
