Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas XI.3 SMAN 3 Mataram

Abstract
This study aims to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of grade XI.3 students at SMAN 3 Mataram in the 2024/2025 academic year through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The main problem faced is the low learning outcomes of students, with only a few students achieving the minimum passing grade. This study is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. The actions were carried out by integrating the Photomath AI platform in the first cycle and continuing with CICI AI in the second cycle. Both AI platforms were used in the learning process for understanding the material and practicing problems. The sample in this study consisted of 34 students in class XI.3 at SMAN 3 Mataram. Data collection used a written test in essay form that had been validated and deemed suitable for use. The essay questions were given to the students to complete, after which the data was reviewed and processed to obtain research results showing that the average score increased from 62.79 (pre-intervention) to 89.26 (post-intervention) by integrating the Photomath AI platform in Cycle 1 and 95.64 (post-intervention) by integrating the CICI AI platform in Cycle 2. Thus, the use of AI has proven effective in enhancing students' learning outcomes.
