Edukasi Positive Parenting melalui Media Video sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Orang Tua Anak Usia Dini

Abstract
Positive parenting is approach parenting that emphasizes connection warm, responsive, and free violence For support grow optimal child development age early. However, parental knowledge regarding positive parenting still need improved so that effective and easy educational media is needed understood. Activities This aim increase parental knowledge about positive parenting through education video- based in the region work of UPTD Puskesmas III Dinas Health North Denpasar District. Activities use pre-experimental design with one-group pretest-posttest approach on 33 parents child age early intervention done through counseling using video media, discussion interactive, and ask answer. Knowledge measured use questionnaire before and after intervention. Data were analyzed in a way descriptive and using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with α=0.05. The results show that before intervention, partly big respondents own knowledge category sufficient (66.66%), whereas after intervention as many as 93.93% have knowledge category good. Average score knowledge increase from 30.94 ± 1.56 to 36.12 ± 1.79. The results of the Wilcoxon test show there is significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (p<0.001). Education effective video based increase parental knowledge about positive parenting. Video media has potential used as innovation promotion health in support the KIA, SDIDTK, and strengthening programs literacy care in service primary health.
