Conflict of Interest Policy

Jurnal Pendidikan Fisika dan Teknologi (JPFT) is committed to ensuring objectivity, transparency, and fairness throughout the editorial and publication processes.

A conflict of interest occurs when financial, professional, institutional, personal, or other relationships may influence, or appear to influence, the conduct, evaluation, or reporting of research.

Authors

Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including financial support, institutional relationships, commercial interests, or personal relationships relevant to the research.

Reviewers

Reviewers must declare any potential conflicts of interest before accepting a review assignment. Reviewers should decline assignments when their impartiality may be compromised.

Editors

Editors must avoid handling manuscripts where personal, professional, institutional, or financial relationships could affect editorial independence. Such manuscripts should be assigned to an independent editor.

Disclosure Statement

Authors must include a Conflict of Interest or Disclosure Statement in their manuscripts, even when no conflicts exist.

When no conflicts exist, authors may state:

"The authors declare that they have no conflicts of interest relevant to this research."

Disclosure of a conflict does not automatically result in manuscript rejection. The Editorial Board will determine appropriate measures to maintain an independent and fair evaluation process.
