First published in 2015 and starting in 2017, JPFT is published 2 times a year, in June and December.

All articles that are accepted and meet the requirements will be published and freely available (open access) to be read and downloaded by all readers under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.
