Article Processing Charge (APC)

The Article Processing Charge (APC) will only be applied after the manuscript has successfully passed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication. Authors are not required to pay any submission fee. The APC invoice will be issued only upon receipt of an official acceptance notification from the Editorial Office. This policy ensures that editorial decisions are made solely based on the scientific quality and merit of the manuscript, independent of any financial considerations.
