AUTHOR GUIDELINES

MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION

This template is designed to assist Author in preparing manuscript; it is an exact representation of the format expected by the editor (downloadable at: Template). To use this template, please just Save As this MS Word file to your document, then copy and paste your document here. All papers submitted to the journal should be written in English language.  

1. Title

The article title must be concise, clear, informative, and accurately reflect the research focus. The title must explicitly identify the independent and dependent variables and clearly indicate the relationship or effect being investigated. Unnecessary abbreviations, ambiguous terms, and excessively long titles should be avoided.

2. Abstract

The abstract must be 200–300 words and written in a single paragraph. It should include a brief introductory statement that highlights the research context, objectives, design, data collection techniques, data analysis methods, key findings, conclusions, and implications or impacts. The abstract must be self-contained, concise, and clearly communicate the study's scientific contributions.

3. Introduction

The introduction must present the general background and relevant concepts, identify the research problem, and discuss potential alternative solutions. It should critically review the current state of the art, identify research gaps based on previous studies, and explicitly highlight the novelty and scientific contribution of the research. The section must conclude with clearly stated research objectives.

4. Research Methods

The research methods section must clearly describe the research design, population and sample, sampling techniques, data collection procedures and instruments, and data analysis methods. All methodological procedures must be sufficiently detailed to ensure research transparency, validity, and reproducibility. The selected methods must align with the research objectives and the variables under investigation.

5. Results and Discussion

The results and discussion must directly address the research objectives and be consistent with the research methods and the study's main focus. Research findings should be presented systematically and critically discussed in relation to relevant theories and previous studies. All graphs must be provided in editable formats, and figures must be high-resolution and sufficiently clear for publication. Tables and figures should support the interpretation of findings without unnecessary duplication.

6. Conclusion

The conclusion must summarize the principal research findings, present conclusions directly addressing the research objectives, and explain the scientific, educational, or practical implications and impacts of the study. Conclusions must be supported by the research findings and should not introduce new data or unsupported claims.

7. Author Contributions

The Author Contributions section must clearly describe each author's specific contributions to the research and manuscript preparation. Contributions may include conceptualization, methodology, investigation, data collection, formal analysis, validation, writing, reviewing, editing, and supervision. All listed authors must have made substantial scholarly contributions to the study.

8. Acknowledgements

The Acknowledgements section should recognize individuals, institutions, and organizations that provided technical, administrative, financial, or other relevant support but do not meet the criteria for authorship. Research funding sources and grant numbers, where applicable, must be clearly acknowledged.

9. References

All references must follow the IEEE citation and referencing style, using numbered citations in square brackets in the order of their appearance in the manuscript. The reference list must contain complete and accurate bibliographic information. References to scientific journal articles and conference proceedings must include valid and accessible Digital Object Identifier (DOI) links. Authors are encouraged to prioritize recent, relevant, and reputable peer-reviewed scientific publications.
